There are fewer and fewer professions in which a project-oriented approach and action can be indispensable. All actors in the economy - and not just managers - need to know the tools and methods for planning and implementing projects.
In this book, we present the concept system of projects, the specifics of different types of projects, the methods and tools that can be applied in each phase of the project life cycle in a practice-oriented approach. The methods of project management supported by IT tools - using MS Project 2003 and 2007 - are illustrated with detailed sample tasks.
